Upon realizing I had forgotten my earpods in the room, the staff promptly located them and returned them to me, showcasing their exceptional attention to detail and customer service. the ironing facilities provided in the room were a godsend, allowing me to attend my meetings looking sharp and professional without any hassle. the air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the warm afternoons, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment to unwind after a day of exploring the city. the sitting area in the room was elegantly designed and provided a cozy spot to read and plan my next day's adventures. the carpeted floors added a touch of luxury, making the room feel warm and inviting. Not only did Arena Hotel excel in these aspects, but its convenient location within walking distance of various restaurants like Bayerova Sladovna and Mamma Mia made dining out a delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for a truly memorable experience.
